The aim of the staff at Ersham House is to promote a caring environment by providing the highest standards of service that answer to the physical, emotional, social, intellectual and spiritual needs of our residents.

    • Accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care.
    • Treatment of disease, disorder or injury and Diagnostic and screening procedures.
    • Our staff training is continually reviewed to reflect the current required standards in each of the above.
    • Members of staff are trained in advance wound care, peritoneal dialysis, phlebotomy, infection control, continence care and audiology.

We work closely with St. Wilfrids Hospice, Eastbourne in the field of palliative care. We actively work to encourage our residents to make their own decisions and choices, and invite an active participation from family and friends.
